Remote Support Clients

Here, you can download the remote clients for your system.

Administrator rights are usually required for installation, exept for the Windows portable client.

Windows Installer

The Windows installer requires administrator rights.

Windows Portable

The Windows portable client does not need to be installed and therefore does not required administrator rights.

MacOS Installer

The macOS installer requires administrator rights.

Debian Installer

The Debian installer requires adminestrator rigths.

After downloading the appropriate client, you need to run it on your system.

If you have chosen the installer, follow the instrucions provided. The portable client opens without installation.

After starting the client, you need to provide us with the ID and the one-time password displayed in your client.
